Could you play a part in the Island's efforts to break a world record?
Douglas Town Centre Mangement, The Childrens Centre and Barclays are looking to create the largest ever gathering of fairies on Saturday, September 28 and are calling on people to help write the Isle of Man into the history books.
The current record stands at 878 and over 200 have registered for the Manx attempt so far - those interested in attending are being told they must be wearing a tutu and wings and be carrying a wand.
The occasion will take place from 3pm in Villiers Square on the day and any participants will proceed through the Villa Marina first to be counted - anyone who wants to take part is being asked to register at manxfaerieworldrecord.eventbrite.co.uk.
