Public bins misused in Bride

Bride commissioners are appealing to people to dispose of rubbish properly.

On Facebook, the local authority says a bin in its car park has been used to dump huge amounts of cardboard and plastics. 

The local authority says the facility is for household waste only - and it may stop its open bin service if it's abused.

In April, it withdraw from the Northern Civic Amenity Site saying it was too expensive.
