A former Baldrine pub can be turned into a house after a two-year planning battle.
Heron and Brearley had applied to turn the Liverpool Arms building into a house - planners refused the application in 2020.
DEFA Minister Geoffrey Boot then refused an appeal on the grounds the building could still be a viable pub, and the brewery took the case to court.
The department has now reassessed the case, and the proposals have been approved.
