People of Port St Mary are being asked if they know someone who's made a big difference in their local community this year.
Commissioners in the area are now inviting nominations for the Pride o' Phurt Le Moirrey Award - previously known as the Community Recognition Scheme.
Anyone wanting to nominate someone can do so by filling out a form available from the office at Port St Mary Town Hall or by visiting www.portstmary.gov.im/forms
The winner will be selected by the board and will receive a certificate and a voucher which can be redeemed at a business of their choice in the village - the deadline for submissions is January 31, 2021.
