Samuel Joshua Lewin of Stanley Mount in Ramsey appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 28 year old admitted having a dangerous vehicle and one count of driving whilst unfit, while denying another.
Prosecutor Rebecca Cubbon told the hearing police stopped Lewin at around 7.30pm on February 4 after members of the public reported his driving.
The court heard Lewin could barely keep his eyes open when officers spoke to him - he was arrested and drug tests proved positive for 10 different drugs.
Mrs Hughes bailed him in the sum of £500 on condition he doesn’t drive, and he’ll appear in court again on July 20.
