Plans have been put forward to revamp buildings along a busy stretch in the Island capital.
Refurbishment could be carroed out to the outside of buildings on The Clinch's Development along North Quay, Bank Hill and Lord Street.
If approved, the proposals would see windows and cladding replaced, as well as replacement, matching canopies at Anglo House, Clinch's House and Harbour Court.
Meanwhile, should the plans get the green light, the development would also see the existing plant room on the roof demolished.
