Plans have been put forward which could see Balthane Industrial Estate expand.
Mongoose Limited is looking for approval in principle to build 34 units there along with a new access road system to connect them to the nearby highways.
The company says, if approved, each one would also be provided with parking spaces with a further 21 on land adjacent to 'West Wind'.
The proposals are now subject to approval.
