Could a new food and drink venue be coming to Douglas?
An application has been made to change the use of 15-17 Duke Street from a retail setup to a food and drink space.
In it's proposal, Duncox Hospitality Ltd. says it could create additional jobs and help other businesses on the street with extra footfall.
The plans are now subject to approval.
