A man's been awarded more than £90,000 after winning an employment tribunal against his former employer.
Bryan Gareth Chatwin claimed Captima Ltd of Glenmooar Road in St Johns hadn't paid him properly, saying the company had paid him for just one month between July 2022 and September 2023.
He'd worked as a director of Captima, which introduced investors to property projects - the hearing was told the company had run into difficulties in 2022.
Tribunal chair Philip Farrar awarded Mr Chatwin £92,276 for unlawful salary deductions, but dismissed his claim for unfair dismissal.
