A private clinic in Ramsey says it would open for those who can't afford private healthcare - if it gets planning permission.
Vaiude Surgical Limited says it wants to convert the office in Peel Street into a facility offering preventative and diagnostic medical services.
In its application, the company says it would collaborate with charities to provide services for those who couldn't usually afford them.
And it says it would have advanced skin cancer screening, including technology that uses artificial intelligence.
