Princess Royal receives warm reception upon touch down

Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal landed on the Isle of Man earlier today.

The welcome party included His Excellency the Lieutenant Governor Adam Wood and his wife, Mayor of Douglas Sarah Hackman and Chief Constable Gary Roberts.

Sara told us how she was feeling about meeting Princess Anne:

Her Royal Highness will travel to Onchan and Peel during her day of engagements – culminating in a service at Peel Cathedral.
