A primary school is hoping to transform its playing fields for its pupils.
Foxdale School on Mines Road has applied for planning permission to carry out works on the playing fields behind it.
In its plans are a forest school, paths and grassy mounds as well as a summer house and flagpole.
It's also applied to realign its sports pitch to accommodate the new layout.
