Manx Care says pressure on the Accident & Emergency at Noble's Hospital has dropped, after a surge in demand this week.
It's after the Braddan facility was at its highest operating alert level because of a huge rise in the number of people being admitted.
On Facebook, the organisation says some services are still busy, and waiting times may be longer than usual - and is urging people to consider using another service if possible.
But it says if you need urgent or emergency care, you will be treated at the hospital.
