The Island could be about to get a new Premier Inn hotel - if planners approve a new scheme.
Developer Dandara has applied for permission to build the 85-bedroom hotel behind Marks & Spencer in Douglas.
The hotel would also have a ground-floor restaurant and bar.
The development, on Market Street, would be on the site of the old printworks.
