Police officers on the Isle of Man have been praised for their work in locating one of Poland's most wanted criminals.
They caught 68-year-old Marian Dorobek on the Island - he'd fled his home country after being convicted of rape and child sex offences.
Dorobek - who's been described as having 'legitimate links' to the Isle of Man - was later arrested by police in Heysham after getting off the Ben-my-Chree last Wednesday:

Police here used social media to appeal for help in finding the sex offender but didn't reveal at the time why he was being sought - Chief Constable Gary Roberts says this was the right approach:
