Manx Utilities says its power station chimney in Peel has been damaged by high winds.
It's posted a photo to Facebook showing the top of the facility, with part of a stack listing to one side.
In its post the organisation says it's told its nearest neighbours about the damage.
And it's asking people to steer clear of the site as it deals with the damage.
