Todays sitting of Tynwald has been suspended due to a power issue.
It's understood the problem occurred shortly after Noon whilst an item on accommodation provision for vulnerable young people was being debated
Members have been convening for the third day of the October sitting - proceedings will get underway again once technical issues have been resolved.
