People are being asked to wear yellow today to help a local charity.
Victim Support Isle of Man is running its annual 'Dress in Yellow' day which aims to support victims of sexual assault raise awareness.
The organisation is asking people to wear yellow socks or put on your yellow crocs for work today!
It's also asking people to use post photos of your outfits with the hashtag #ItsNotOk
