The Post Office is warning against scam texts appearing to be from Royal Mail.
Residents were alerted to the scam last month, but it's still apparently 'very active' throughout the community.
The text messages state Royal Mail is holding an item due to missing information, asking customers to open a link.
People are asked no to click on any of these links and to be vigilant if you receive anything suspicious.
