The Island's postal service is putting plans into place to tackle the series of challenges the industry is facing.
The company says its five-year strategy will look at each of the four key areas of the business.
This comes after it was revealed the number of letter mail on the Island has dropped by nearly 50% in the last decade.
The postal service also announced there will soon be a public consultation into the future of the industry.
