Isle of Man Post Office says it's been forced to suspend a delivery guarantee.
Technical problems with its dispatch process means Special Delivery Next Day may not be carried as normal on a scheduled airline.
It says as a result it's temporarily suspending its delivery guarantee today.
In a statement, the Post Office says if it can't resolve the problem, items will be put on a ferry sailing tomorrow.
