Will there be strike action on the Isle of Man?
We will find out today whether there will a strike by the Isle Of Man postal staff.
The result of the postal ballot will be known at lunchtime today.
Over 250 postal workers received ballot papers in February.
It was a last resort after communications broke down between the Post Office and the workers union.
It's all stemmed from a Public Sector pay freeze, which stopped any pay rise for the postmen and women, despite a successful year for the company.
The Assistant Secretary of the Communication Workers Union Terry Pullinger told 3FM they are bitterly disappointed that the Post Office refused to go to binding arbitration.
The workers had until today to vote. If they vote 'yes' it would be the Islands first ever postal strike in Mr. Pullinger's memory.
We will let know know the outcome and if there will be industrial action this afternoon.
