Positive Figures from Nobles Satisfaction Survey Revealed
The statistics gathered from the Department of Health and Social Securities Patient Access Survey for Nobles were published in Tynwald yesterday.
The issue was raised by Member for Rushen Juan Watterson as he asked Minister Eddie Teare to unveil the figures obtained from the survey carried out earlier in the year.
The Islands figures compared favourably to a similar survey conducted in the UK with the Island coming out on top in each of the categories but one.
The survey gauged how satisfied people were with the services Nobles provide, like Telephone advice and the efficiency of the appointment process.
The costly process is geared toward improving access standards.
