Port St Mary Lifeboat crew have been presented with letters of commendation for service on a dramatic rescue in 2021.
On November 6 that year the volunteer crew demonstrated exceptional teamwork and skilled boat handling in adverse conditions, which threatened the lives of three people on board a yacht.
Both of the station's lifeboats were involved in the rescue.
Helm Richard Leigh has also been presented with his Bronze Medal for Gallantry by the Lieutenant Governor.
