A Port St Mary landmark building could soon be welcoming more people - if planners approve a new application.
Manxonia House on Bay View Road was given planning permission in 2021 to set up tea rooms and a restaurant on the site.
However, a condition limited the business's opening hours and it's now applied to extend them.
The proposals would be to open the site from 8am to 11.45pm each day, with an extra hour to mark New Year's Eve.
