Shoprite in Port Erin will shut this morning.
The store is the latest on the Island to close as Tesco transforms it after buying all Shoprite stores.
No reopening date has yet been set for the store.
The Isle of Man Foodbank, which used the supermarket as its main southern dropoff point, has posted a list of alternative places to leave donations on its Facebook page.
