Port Erin's main shopping street will be closed next week as regeneration work gets underway in the village.
Station Road will be shut from Monday, between Bridson Street and Strand Road, with a diversion in place for traffic.
The work is being broken down into phases by contractor JCK Ltd in order to reduce disruption.
It's thought it should be finished by TT.
