A road in Port Erin is closed this week as a former hotel site is redeveloped.
The promenade is shut while the Royal Hotel is demolished and flats built in its place.
The route will be closed between Maine Road and Rowany Villas until 8am next Sunday, July 13.
Developer Dandara is behind the work - it will build flats in place of the former hotel, which has lain unused since 2008.
