A man accused of a gunpoint rape will appear in court again in the New Year.
Toby Wood of the Edremoney Estate in Port Erin appeared before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes at Douglas Courthouse.
The 22 year old hasn’t yet entered a plea to a charge of rape on November 7, and denies burglary at a house on Castletown Road in Port Erin on October 23.
There was no application for bail and Mr Wood was remanded in custody to appear again on January 12.
