Manx Care says Port Erin Dental Practice patients are now being seen at the Square Dental Practice in Douglas.
The practice was forced to move after a fire destroyed its home in Orchard road two weeks ago.
Manx Care says it's contacting patients before appointments to confirm arrangements.
And it says if you can't travel to Douglas for dental care, you can call 833667 to make alternative arrangements.
