A Porsche driver who’s alleged to have lost control during a dangerous overtake on the Mountain Road during TT will appear in court again in May.
Latisha McNally, of Slieau Curn Park in Kirk Michael, appeared before Deputy High Bailiff Rachael Braidwood at Douglas Courthouse.
The 33-year-old entered no plea to a charge of causing serious bodily harm by dangerous driving on June 3 last year.
Prosecutor Barry Swain told the courts she was driving an electric Porsche and lost control as she overtook another vehicle, ending up in a field.
She and a passenger suffered severe injuries including fractured skulls.
The case was committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery, where she’ll appear on May 21.
