The Department of Infrastructure says the Pope can park his car outside a church in Peel - if he's got business inside.
A Freedom of Information request asked for details about parking on double-yellow lines outside St Patrick's Church on Patrick Street.
They asked if an exemption for church vehicles included all vehicles of the entire Roman Catholic Church - including the Popemobile itself.
In its response, the DOI said its regulations allowed vehicles used in connection with the church to park there.
