Police say the Poortown Road in Peel will remain shut until around 7pm tonight after a crash earlier.
Earlier, officers said a crash had closed roads around Tynwald Hill.
They're currently on the scene dealing with the incident.
An emergency Road Closure Order means the route will stay closed between the Switchback Road, Ballig Bridge, and Glen Mooar Road.
