Manx Care says staff are still seeing improvements following a survey where less than a quarter of doctors said they would recommend their employer.
Responding to the negative findings of the British Medical Association's Culture of Care Barometer, the healthcare body says it shows a positive trajectory.
The organisation points out most staff said they feel respected by colleagues, feel able to ask for help and know who their manager is.
It argues many of the responses show historic bad feelings about the creation of Manx Care in 2021.
