A police worker will be sentenced in August after admitting sharing confidential information in a family chat group.
55 year old Sharen Judith Gardner, of Queens Terrace in Douglas appeared before magistrates at Douglas Courthouse.
She pleaded guilty to unlawfully obtaining personal data.
The civilian worker shared the data on Whatsapp while she was working for the Isle of Man Constabulary.
She was bailed in the sum of £500 until she appears for sentencing on August 15.
