It's after coverage of a man now living in Norfolk who says his complaint was ignored by officers.
However, the Isle of Man Constabulary says his case wasn't reported to them by their UK counterparts.
It says cases are always dealt with by experienced officers who support the wishes of the victim at every stage of the investigation.
