Witnesses Sought to Shed More Light on Circumstances Leading to Jamie\'s Death
It’s been confirmed that the Police watchdog will investigate the death of local student Jamie Haslett in the early hours of Wednesday morning.
19-year-old Jamie was killed following a collision with a South Yorkshire police patrol car, near to his University in Sheffield.
Although details are as yet vague it’s known the patrol car was responding to a request by an ambulance crew at approximately 3.45am.
Currently there’s an appeal for witnesses to the incident by the Independent Police Complaints Commission.
Former St Ninian’s student Jamie was in his second year studying Sport and Business Management at Sheffield Hallam University.
