Police are warning motorists not to perform 'U turns' on Douglas promenade, in between ongoing road works.
Officers say they've received reports of people doing so and if seen people will be dealt with.
The constabulary says it's also concerned following reports of excessive speeds - they're reminding drivers the whole of Douglas Prom is currently a 20mph zone.
They're reminding people to allow extra time for journeys and to not speed or take risks.
