Police Warn Motorists to Avoid Icy Roads

After a week of wintry weather and hazardous driving conditions the police would like to reiterate their only drive unless it’s totally necessary message.

With more icy weather predicted throughout the week the police ask for motorists co-operation to ensure people are not putting themselves at risk.

Despite the icy roads there were only minor incidents reported and a slight disruption to the buses.
