Police have now served a notice on the new buyer of a motorcycle they are hunting.
A public appeal was posted for a biker who fled from officers at 2pm on Wednesday, July 30 on Lezayre Road in Ramsey.
Police say they’ve checked with the registered keeper, but they say they no longer know about the Sinnis Akuma, registration number PMN-929-B.
The last known purchaser will now have to tell officers who the rider was at the time of the offence, or face a £1,000 fine.
