Police Urge Victims of Crime to Come Forward
Yesterday saw the imprisonment of 66-year-old Brian Goodspeed for a sexual assault he carried out 4 years ago.
With this in mind the Isle of Man constabulary have issued a plea to any other victims of crimes that have happened in the past, but gone unreported, to come forward.
Sgt Detective Cathryn Bradley from the Public Protection Unit urges anyone who has been a victim of crime, specifically a sexual assault, to come forward.
Even if you are not prepared to divulge the details of the person involved she said it can help remove the burden from the individuals shoulders.
