Police are 'strongly advising' the person responsible for 'mindless damage' to come forward.
The vandalism happened to a window at Arbory Parish Hall overnight on Friday.
Officers say physical evidence was collected from the scene and urge the person to come forward to explain themselves so the situation can be dealt with 'promptly'.
