Police urge responsible driving after morning's crash delayed racing

Police have issued a new plea for people to drive responsibly so as to not cause disruption to the TT.

It's after a motorbike crash at Brandywell this morning caused a delay to today's race schedule, Friday, June 6.

It’s reported as not having been serious. 

Officers say they understand with the weather having improved today fans will be excited to get out and enjoy the roads, but to ride to the conditions. 

They add crashing and damaging equipment or spilling oil on the course, and entering closed roads can all have a big impact on the running of racing.
