As we approach the busiest social weekend of the Christmas calendar a call has gone out from the police to enjoy yourselves responsibly.
Today marks 'Black Eye Friday' where the majority of offices and businesses close down for the Christmas break, sparking more revellers than usual hitting the town.
In the past it has become synonomous with increased police activity with people over doing it and landing themselves in trouble.
