Anti Drink and Ride Message Goes Out to All Visitors and Locals
The Roads Policing Unit have issued a warning to all road users throughout TT, saying just because of the party atmosphere they will be tougher than ever on drink drivers.
So far there's been only one person caught, but in an effort to totally stamp out cases there will be a higher than ever Police Presence patrolling the busy roads.
Bikers especially are warned to steer well clear of alcohol if riding as it can seriously delay your reactions, something that could prove deadly.
Inspector Mark Britton said anyone caught exceeding the limit will face a tough punishment.
