Those who own guns, firearms, ammunition or weapons on Island are being given the chance to hand them to authorities - with no questions asked.
It comes as the Island's Police hold a 'weapon surrender programme' - which runs from today up until February, 1.
It allows people to hand weapons in without facing prosecution, however the 'history' of each weapon will be checked.
Officers say if you want to bring a firearm in to a Police station, it must be secured and made safe - with any ammunition removed.
Explosive devices - such as grenades - shouldn't be brought in, under any circumstances - those who have them are instead asked to give Police a call on 631212.
The constabulary last ran the programme in 2019, where more than 50 firearms and 80 knives were handed in.
