Police have seized more than £1 million worth of drugs as part of an operation, since January 2018.
Officers from the Drug and Organised Crime Unit of the Island's constabulary have confirmed six males have been arrested, in connection with the Production of Controlled drugs to the Isle of Man.
They say it's part of an ongoing operation, in which organised crime groups - based in the Merseyside area have been targeting the Island, and importing large amounts of Class A and B drugs.
Between January 2018 and February 2019 the constabulary has seized drugs valued at over a £1 million, as part of this operation alone, as well as significant cash and vehicle seizures.
Working closely alongside Merseyside Police - four males have been arrested in the UK, and two more males who are local residents.
All those arrested are currently being questioned in relation to the alleged offences.
