Police are appealing for a motorist to come forward after they drove past an incident in St John's yesterday evening.
The constabulary is wanting to speak to a driver of a red Kia car that may have seen the motoring and disorder incident at around 6.30pm.
It's also looking for any witnesses who may have seen the event in the area of Peel road and Glen Mooar road.
