There is an amber weather warning in place this morning.
The Met Office issued the warning for ice yesterday and it runs until midday.
The Police say that there have been 15 car crashes in the last 48 hours because of road conditions.
They also say that whilst main roads are passable, less used roads remain icy and are only going to get worse.
