Police
are currently searching Government Building, Hillary House, following a warning that there
could be an explosive device somewhere in the property.
At
3.15pm the building was evacuated whilst a search of the building was carried
out, this is believed to be still ongoing.
Shortly
after the warning Police arrested a 42 year old Douglas man in connection with
the matter.
It’s
suspected at this time that it was a hoax call.
